An artistic creation is generally conceived as a personal work of an artist.
We perceive creation as a universal process, in which we want to take an active part,
emphasizing its collective character: creating together.

Creating is an immense force of life. The spiritual force, the joy of creating and playing is as important as its plastic result. Our dream is to transmit to you this deep liveliness, through the work of art, and invite you to take part in it.

The transformation of light - the essence of creation
The plastic world of compArte is based on light, movement and the passage from the subtle to the visible. Light can be perceived only when it reaches concrete objects and is captured by our eyes. Yet, the universe is filled with light that we cannot see. Our works of art filter the light, sifting it with transparent colors that when superposed generate new colors and shapes.

Movement - the essence of our lives
The same as our lives, our works of art are in constant movement.
The movement and change are generated by different speeds and directions, always in a delicate equilibrium, creating different points of view in such a way that one work has many shapes, it changes constantly and yet remains itself. Just like our personal lives.

From the subtle to the material - the transformation of energy.
The works of art combine different kind of elements with varying properties: metal, wood, steel and thin plates of glass or acrylic, painted with transparent colors, and fine fishing string which hold the mobile and hanging elements.
In between all these there is an additional substance - the space generated between the different parts, which changes constantly with the movement, and is the generating essence of the shape.
The last element is of pure energy, the light. The light is reflected in the plates of color, and it makes the strips of wood and the brilliance of metal stand out.

The works of art of compArte are created as a game of elements, shapes, colors and rules of assembly, which allow each one of us to create his or her personal interpretations, to share them, comment on them, and change them until we arrive together at the desired result.

In the future, we will be able to develop and perfect our works of art, in such a way that you will also be able to be a part of this game of collective and universal creation and enjoy as much as us, the creation of each work of art of compArte.
